A leader’s responsibility is to cause vision and mission to have tangible results in the world.

Connecting with others in a way that makes them feel understood and valued is key to life and the basis of building trust and loyalty. 

When someone is who he/she really is and doesn’t act as if he/she is more that is not arrogance but secure identity.

Avoidance of risk is the greatest risk of all.

New things that actually have hope for the future cannot appear until you get rid of what was taking up the space that the new thing needs.

Wanting it all keeps you from having any.

Great leaders develop the ability to hate the right things well!

Character in part is determined by what we hate, because we mover to be different from whatever that is.
